House of Colour uses proven color science to find your WOW colors. This technique is used to determine if you look best in warm or cool colors. You will leave your appointment with a palette of colors personalized to you.
Color Analysis:
A personal Color Analysis consultation is a 2-3 hour appointment where your House of Colour consultant will use a sophisticated draping process and proven color science to discover the colors that best harmonize with your skin tone, hair and eye color. You not only learn which colors flatter you most, but also which colors will bring you to life.
Blue Based vs Yellow Based?
There are four house of colour seasons; Winter and Summer seasons fall under the cool category (blue based) and Spring and Autumn seasons fall under the warm category (yellow based). Once you know if you look best in cooler or warmer colors you dive a little deeper to determine if bright or muted colors make your hair and eyes pop!
You will leave with a palette of colors personalized to you AND with a new confidence in yourself.

Your trained color consultant for House of Colour. I was lucky enough to book my mom and I an appointment with her in her studio. She is one of the best! She was able to convince me I was a winter, even though I was living as an autumn. (I had a thing for olive green.) It took some getting used to, but now I know exactly what to look for when shopping! Here is some of her work and I’m honored to have a little spot for her on this page. Now let’s get you colored!
Fun facts about Betsy:
– Would choose snow over sand
– Took a taxi to the hospital ALONE IN LONDON when she went into labor with her son. Don’t worry her husband made it in time for the main event
– Could eat pizza for every meal and never get sick of it
