CANCELLATION POLICY:
I 100% understand that life happens and things come up last minute. As a courtesy, I ask that you give a 48 hour call/text ahead of time to reschedule or cancel. If it seems to be a reoccurring problem, you will be asked to pay for your service before scheduling your next appointment.
TIME ALLOTMENT/ LATE POLICY:
Your time and my time is important. If a guest is more than 15 minutes late I may have to ask you to reschedule. At the end of the day I do not want to rush through anyone’s service or cut corners anywhere to try and stay on time. That isn’t fair to you, me, or the next guest.
GUEST + CHILDREN POLICY:
I love your ‘mini mes’ and guests, but for crowding and safety reasons, please do not bring them to your appointment.
